Little Extras
Users
Every plan has a single user account included. However, you can have as many people as you want use this user account. The only trick is that you can only have as many users logged in at a time as you have user accounts. This means that up to this number of users can at any one time be working on different areas of your online business.
Email Notifications
You'll receive email notifications whenever a customer inquires or shops on your website, free of charge. Of course you can manage and customize these to suit your needs via Workflow options.
SMS Notifications
Every plan includes a number of SMS notifications. You can increase this number by purchasing SMS packs.
Disk Space
Every plan has generous disk space limit, to host your images, flash files and javascript. You can use FTP or the online File Manager to upload your files.
Bandwidth
All plans come with a massive 100GB of bandwidth traffic. In our experience it's unlikely that you will exceed this limit.
Using your own URL
You can use your own URL - you don't need to use the yourname.BigTurns.com address that is assigned to you when you first sign-up (although you can if you want). You have two choices - you can either let BigTurns host your DNS (you need to redelegate your domain to us), or you can create an A-Record in your current DNS hosting service. Most businesses opt to use BigTurns' DNS, it's free. We've got an article that will help you out here - never fear :)

Need More Disk Space, Bandwidth or Emails? No Problem.
We've allotted generous limits to all our plans so that hopefully you'll never go over them. If you do though, don't worry - extra disk space, bandwidth, emails and SMS can be purchased at the cost below.
- Extra Disk Space $12/1GB per annum
- Extra Newsletters $0.012/email, charged in 1,000 increments
- Extra SMS $12/month per additional 50 SMS
- Extra users $20/month per additional user
- Excess traffic charged at $1.20/1GB
